What is digital distribution?
Digital distribution is the process of making your albums and songs available for sale as digital downloads on sites like iTunes, eMusic, Rhapsody, Yahoo, Urge, Music Match, etc. It does not include getting your CD into sites like Amazon.com for on-line physical purchases.
What happens after we start and How Do I get paid?
Because there are several models of payment in the digital world (per track or album sites vs. subscription based sites), Fancorps makes it simple by collecting all revenue from all the digital sites serviced, reporting this to you on a quarterly basis and paying you 85% of that revenue (leaving a 15% commission for Fancorps).
