WE CAN NOT BEGIN PRODUCTION OF YOUR ORDER
WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED FORMS AND MATERIALS:
Complete Intellectual Property Rights
(IPR) form.
The IPR Form is simply a legal document that indicates you own the material/recording
on the disc (or have proper licensing for any materials not owned by
you) and give Crystal Clear the right to make copies. Note that this
form is standard in the CD/DVD industry. Any reputable manufacturer
would require this exact form.

A 50% deposit is required
to begin production. Balance due on completion prior to delivery.
Simply include payment with your order. Check, cashier’s check,
money order, MC, Visa or AMEX.
If using a credit card, be sure to include: The card number, name on
the card, expiration date, billing address, and the 3 digit security
code on the back of the card. (For Visa & MC.)
Submit CDR or DVD-R master.
For CD, simply submit a CDR master EXACTLY the way you want it replicated.
For CD audio, submit an actual audio CD (not wav files or MP3s) and
include a track sheet indicating
song titles and duration time of each track. This is REQUIRED for all
audio CD masters. (No track sheet required for CD ROM orders.)
A $30.00 charge will apply to audio masters submitted without a track
sheet.

Art files on computer disc
created to Crystal Clear Disc & Tape templates and specs. A
printout of your art design is required with your files.

An $85.00 per hr design charge will apply for art not meeting our specifications. (1/2 hr minimum)
If design services are required, simply submit your
photos, images, text, ideas etc. for design.
Verify that your written
price quote matches the materials sent and information requested on
your order form. Delivery of your materials for production indicates
that you understand and accept the price and terms stated in your quote
or as documented on the current Crystal Clear website.

If your order is for an audio CD, note that Digital Distribution -
the process of registering your music available for download purchase
on sites like iTunes, eMusic, Rhapsody, Yahoo, Napster, etc. - is a
MUST for any successful CD release. Crystal Clear, in partnership with
our sister company Fancorps Digital, makes digital distribution of your
CD quick and easy.

complete the easy online form and send in 2 discs per the instructions.
