WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED FORMS AND MATERIALS:
Complete Intellectual Property Rights
(IPR) form.
The IPR Form is simply a legal document that indicates you own the material/recording
on the disc (or have proper licensing for any materials not owned by
you) and give Crystal Clear the right to make copies. Note that this
form is standard in the CD/DVD industry. Any reputable manufacturer
would require this exact form.

A signed copy of your written price quote from Crystal Clear is required
to begin production. (Unless a company PO is supplied.) Sign and date
your written price quote and scan and email to jim@crystalclearcds.com,
fax to 214-349-3819, or send with your master. (Note: If you do not
have a written price quote, please contact
us with the detail of your project for a quote.)
A 75% deposit is required to begin production. Balance
due on completion prior to delivery.
If paying by credit card, please download the
Credit Card Permission Form. Complete the Credit Card Permission
Form, scan and email to jim@crystalclearcds.com,
fax to 214-349-3819, or include in your package with your master.
If
not paying by credit card, send check, cashier’s check, or money
order with your master.

For CD, simply submit a CDR master EXACTLY the way you want it replicated.
For CD audio, submit an actual audio CD (not wav files or MP3s). A
track sheet indicating song titles and duration time of each track is
REQUIRED for all audio CD masters. (No track sheet required
for CD ROM orders.) For DVD, send one DVD-R master exactly the way you
want the final copies. Contact
us with any questions regarding master requirements.
Send art files.
File can be sent via FTP. Go to FTP website http://www.crystalclearartwork.com.
Password – artupload. Simply follow the instructions
online and note that ONLY compressed files will be accepted (i.e., .zip,
.sit, .sitx).
Or save files to a disc and send with master.
