TERMS OF SALE FORM
75% deposit must be made prior to job starting. If paid by credit card your statement will say World Media Group. A Storage and Handling Fee of $175.00 will be added to your account for all finished goods not picked up within 10 working days after completion of project unless other arrangements are made with either your sales representative or WMG’s Accounting Department (agreement must be in writing and signed or electronically agreed upon by customer and sent to WMG’s Accounting Department). A SERVICE CHARGE OF $35 will be assessed for each returned check. Payment is due prior to shipping goods directly to you or your customer. If you are picking up the product at one of our locations payment is due at that time. Once product is completed an invoice will be created. At this point you have 30 days to pick up your product and pay. If after the 30 days you have not paid your account will go to collections whether you have picked up your product or not. Terms other than standard terms of sale must be approved by WMG’s Accounting Department ONLY.
