EMAIL ORDERS
Send materials below to: Crystal Clear Disc & Tape, 10486 Brockwood Rd., Dallas, TX. 75238. Attention: Customer Service. Or e-mail your art files and info to stickers@crystalclearcds.com.
1. Company name, address, and telephone numbers.
2. Note whether information is for a quote or an order.
3. Material.
4. Item Number.
5. Size.
6. Quantity.
7. Colors, including names and numbers (i.e. #19 Fire Red). Choose any of our standard colors
8. Note whether art is to be positive or reverse.
When we receive your email, you will receive an email response from us stating that we received your file. If you do not receive this confirmation within a period of one hour after sending the file, please resend the file. It is a good idea to compress files to avoid problems during transmission. To assure we can accurately view your art, please send a jpeg or pdf file along with your vector art.
9) Be sure to follow the ART GUIDELINES when e-mailing art for stickers.

If you are also ordering CDs or other items from Crystal Clear you can simply coordinate your sticker order with your customer service representative.

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS
Due to the difficulty of manufacturing to exact quantity requirements without sacrificing quality, a shipment of 5% over or under the quantity ordered will constitute a complete order and will be billed accordingly.

HALFTONES
Screens/Halftones of a color will require an additional charge of $30 (E). Both new and repeat orders are subject to halftone charges.
